Where is my order?

If your order was placed within the last 24-48 hours, then it means that it might be with our courier- so please be patient. Our delivery times are merely an estimation, and cannot be guaranteed- however, we have found them to be very reliable. Should your order not have arrived on your estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately.

If you placed an order with Next Day Delivery, and you placed it before 4 pm Monday to Friday, then it will be delivered the following working day by 1 pm.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@blancheallure.co.uk, providing us with your order number and we will make sure we send you a prepaid return label. Once you print it, you will have 7 working days to return the parcel.

What measures have you set in place to fight Covid-19?

Here at Blanche, it's business as usual. Considering the uncertainty that the pandemic has brought forward, we would like to present some reassurance:

-There is no scientific evidence suggesting you can catch coronavirus from envelops or parcels;

- If you are self-isolating, please let us know and maybe a friend or family member can sign your parcel(s\ and provide ID.

- Our team follows Government guidelines on social distancing at work, and government guidelines when packaging orders.

Will I be charged Customs and Import Duties?

UK orders will not be charged any extra charges. Depending on the value of your order (s), you might be charged Customs and Import Taxes. However, orders over £30/ $40 might incur such charges. Please head online for further information regarding additional charges for International orders and post-Brexit regulations.
If your parcel is thought to incur Customs taxes or duty, it will be up to you to cover these charges.
By law, all items must be declared at their full price and we cannot alter the amount to decrease any fees you might incur into.

Refunds, Exchange, and Withdrawal Rights.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We have it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason; just email us as soon as you decide.

If you notice that your Blanche order is the wrong size for you, or it does not suit you, then you may be able to request a change in its size, without having to pay an additional delivery charge for the new item being sent to you, provided that you return the original item, first.

Once you have requested the exchange and selected the appropriate returns method, you must return the original item using a returns-paid label that we can supply to you.

You must return the item without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from making the exchange request via this website. 

Neither of these options for returning the item will generate additional costs for you.
