Shipping Policy

At Blanche we have a strong belief, customers should be given the best shopping experience possible. This is why we have designed a shipping process easy and reliable, to get you in full control of your shopping!

So here's what happens.

Once you've placed an order with Us, you\ll receive a confirmation via email.

Once we've prepared and sent your order, you'll receive a second email confirming your order being sent- if a tracking number is available, you will be given one.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £25!

For International Shipping, we have decided to cover 40% of the Shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you wish to exchange, or return,

we’re here to help you.

 

  1. RETURNS

 

Returning an item to Blanche is really easy, and always free.

You have 14 days, from the date that you purchased the item, to return it. 

Make sure that you return it in the original packaging, with the tags still on, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. 

Additionally, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return, so please make sure you keep them!

 

It is our desire to extend the time period allowed for returning items during the holiday

season: any item purchased between 1st December and 31st December 2019 can be

returned until the following 15th January .

 

For International returns, you will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your

item back to us. 

The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If the item that you have received is defective, please notify us by using the following email address:

and return the item in accordance with the above instructions. 

We will examine the item and if we deem it to be defective, we will provide an exchange or a full refund including delivery charges, and the refund will be paid using the same means of payment that you originally used to pay for your purchase. 

These provisions do not limit any applicable statutory rights.


 

  1. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We have it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.

 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

  1. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  1. SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however, they can be exchanged.

 

  1. EXCHANGES 

 

If you notice that your Blanche order is the wrong size for you, or it does not suit you,

then you may be able to request a change in its size, without having to pay an additional

delivery charge for the new item being sent to you, provided that you return the original

item, first.

 

Please note that, we will proceed with your exchange provided the following options:

 

1. It is the same item.

2. The price on the website is the same, or greater than the one you purchased.

3. the payment method will be the same as during the purchasing process.

4. There are no other open exchange/refund requests on your behalf.

5. You are not exchanging more than 4 items at the same time.

 

Once you have requested the exchange, and selected the appropriate returns method,

you must return the original item using a returns-paid label that we can supply to you.

You must return the item without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum

period of 14 calendar days from making the exchange request via this website. 

Neither of these options for returning the item will generate additional costs for you.

  1. GIFTS

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

  1. SHIPPING

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to Blanche Allure LTD, 54 Kenilworth Crescent, EN1 3RF, London, United Kingdom.

 

Shipping costs are always free, as long as the delivery address is within the UK.

 

For international returns, you will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your

item back to us. 

The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

For such deliveries, any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee.

 

The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country

concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports.

 

The lead times for delivery indicated by Blanche Allure are merely indicative and a delay

to the same or any delivery made with subsequent split, consignments shall not entitle

the Client to refuse the delivery or request compensation or indemnity. 

At the time of delivery, the Client shall be required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number shown on the delivery note.

 

  1. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

 

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason, although please note you have no right to withdraw items that are classed as

'Excluded Items' as mentioned above. 

The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last item(s) in your order. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to contact us by using our email address:

, and returning the goods to us using either of the returns methods described above. 

 

However, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order before the withdrawal period has expired. 

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery to the original delivery address (although we will not refund any supplementary delivery costs if you chose an enhanced type of delivery rather than our least expensive type of standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. 

We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is earlier.
